ITV online sales expands further

LONDON - ITV is continuing the expansion of its online sales team, bringing in Stephen Poole - formerly sales manager at independent online ad sales house Addvantage Media - as its online agency sales manager.

ITV has also appointed Caroline Forbes, previously at MSN, and Melanie Wells, previously at Associated Newspapers, as senior sales executives. Earlier this month, ITV appointed former MySpace executive Richard Parboo as head of agency sales strategy in the online sales team.

ITV's online sales team, under former Telegraph online advertising chief Gary Cole, has been given the responsibility of increasing the annual digital revenue of £33m in 2007 to £150m by 2010.
