How do you come up with marketing ideas?
Our ideas come from everywhere, including our customers.

What is the main marketing challenge you face?
Communicating our nature-friendly credentials in a way that isn't too 'worthy'.

What are the perks?
Eating free Jordans cereals every morning, working some-where where you feel you are making a difference, and the occasional opportunity to walk Bill Jordan's dog, Louis.

Describe the marketing team in three words.
Passionate, determined and down-to-earth.

Does the team socialise outside office hours?
Yes. There are quite a few unusual country pubs nearby, including one that serves directly from the cellar.

What are the hours like?
Typically 8.30am to 5.30pm.

What is Jordans like for training and career progression?
There is access to excellent training and development in everything from business management to media/presentation skills.

What about the salary and benefits?
Jordans aims to attract talented, passionate people who love working in a dynamic environment, so it pays well.

Are there any downsides?
Biggleswade. A lovely place, but slightly out of the way.

Is there anything interesting about your office?
It was designed by Bill Jordan and features lots of wood and prints of cereals growing.

Is there anything else readers may find interesting?
Pensthorpe, the Jordans nature reserve, was the home of the BBC's Springwatch earlier this year.
