Wimbledon: Trendsetters drive shopping trends
Lots of companies jump on , but new data released by eBay advertising suggests the two week tournament makes a sizable (or at least measurable) impact on shopping trends. Here's the story by the numbers:

- 100: The number of searches per hour for "Reiss" on eBay when Kim Murray wore a white dress by the high street brand last year.
- 5: The number of searches per minute for "polo shirt" when Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic faced off in the 2013 final.
And it's obviously a good time for tennis brands Lacoste and Fred Perry – eBay searches peak during the middle weekend of the tournament.
