The venture was formed as an incubator business six months ago with Mobix Interactive founder Matt Heiman.

Since being founded, Diagonal View has had more than 40 million views and more than 300,000 comments have been left through MySpace and YouTube.

According to ITN Source, the venture is a key component in its digital growth strategy, which has also seen the relaunch of ITNsource.com and launch of Education Clip Library.

ITN Source currently supplies Reuters, Channel 4, Granada, British Pathe and FOX Movitone among others.
