Richard Ward from Engage and Chris Mitchell from Co. Lab Marketing will host the breakfast event on 4 November, which is entitled ‘Interact – Engage – Connect’. The duo will explore brand engagement in the retail market, consider how customers interact with brands through technology and give advice on intuitive software and harvesting data.
Guests will also be able to explore the interactive showroom and event space, which is filled with the latest technology from 15 of its innovation partners. They will be able to ride a roller coaster Oculus Rift virtual reality technology, try on virtual fashion from Alexandra McQueen and Moschino and virtually visit a fully customisable Radisson hotel suite.
There will also be the chance for delegates to analyse their Twitter streams using data technology.
Kelly Baker, president of ISES UK, said: "Recent innovations in home technology and the virtual reality worlds that people can now surround themselves with have meant that brands have had to up their game when creating experiences. We are working with Flux Lounge to give organisers an insight into the latest interactive and immersive technologies available through a tour of the showroom.
"People are looking for a different level of engagement at events but the best event technology should always remain invisible, enabling the experience but not interrupting it by being overly complicated, time consuming or inefficient. We are looking forward to hearing all the creative ideas that emerge from this from our members and event attendees."
