The ISES Talks events will be held at the Victory Services Club in London on 15 October, and the ICC in Birmingham on 22 October. Workshops will focus on creative thinking to boost business relationships, exploring different approaches to dealing with clients, staff and suppliers.
The talks have been produced in partnership with International Confex. Sessions confirmed include one on using LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook for specific audiences, and another on managing internal relationships to promote innovation and creativity within an organisation.
James Samuel, event director of International Confex, said the workshops would be beneficial because the events industry "values face to face communication more than any other".
James Morgan, marketing director at Crewsaders and director of education for ISES UK, said: "Events are all about relationships, and harnessing productive partnerships both internally in our teams and with our business associates can be the difference between success and failure. As with everything, a little creative thinking can make these relationships work even harder for the event professional."
