
Iris, the owner of the Iris Experience, will streamline its retail, management consulting, branded content, advertising, experiential, design, digital and sponsorship disciplines under three main areas, ‘commerce, culture and communication’ to better serve its clients needs.
"Iris led the way in creating a unique integrated agency and now we are going to take this to the next stage by reshaping our business to further remove the boundaries between teams and discipline agencies," said global chief executive and founder Ian Millner.
21 of its staff from across Iris' UK business have been made redundant as part of the new structure.
