Bramley, formerly a consultant at British Telecom where he redesigned the mobile division's insight programme, brings eight years of experience to the job from multiple industries.
He has expertise in running a wide range of research projects and will lead a global entertainment team for Ipsos-ASI.
Bramley has been tasked with pulling together the team at an international level and streamlining the current reporting system used to relay film and television research data to clients.
Grant, formerly research director at SGA Research International, will report to Bramley and manage entertainment tracking across European markets. He has more than ten years experience in research and has led a variety of global client projects.
In addition to his work for ASI, Grant will work on projects for Ipsos Mori's Vantis division, which provides new product forecasting for durable goods and services.
Bramley will report to James Mundell, managing director of Ipsos Mori's ASI specialist advertising division.
Mundell said: "As part of a dedicated account team focused on the entertainment sector, Ian and Stuart will work with colleagues throughout the Ipsos Group and bring the benefits of cross-country trends and communications to our clients."
Bramley said: "Ipsos Mori's global reach allows me to work with colleagues around the world. For the types of projects my team will be working on such a global partnership is critical."
