IPC SouthBank hires Houtman as digital ad director

LONDON - IPC's fashion and lifestyle division SouthBank has appointed Kristy Houtman to the newly created role of digital ad director.

Houtman joins IPC from online sales house ad 2-one, where she was head of business development.

Mark Reen, IPC SouthBank group ad director, has entrusted Houtman with the strategic development of online ad sales across all the division's magazine brands, which include Marie Claire, Woman & Home and Living etc.

Reen said: "Kristy's knowledge of our brands, as well as the online market, makes her the perfect choice as we put the next phase of South Bank's exciting web development plans into action."

Houtman is set to join IPC on July 17.
