The magazine, which launched in February 2007, previously only had a holding webpage, with no editorial content, which would simply direct readers to the magazine.
The site, www.look.co.uk, launches this week and will feature fashion, beauty and celebrity news, with content updated daily. Other features include an online shopping guide.
The site has been designed and developed by digital specialist, Lightmaker, whose clients include Habitat.
IPC claims 77% of Look readers access the internet every day, and 80% of those buy clothes online.
Look was backed by an £18m investment and a 40-strong editorial team. Its latest ABC certificate for the period between July and December 2007 reveals that its circulation was down 4.2% to 305,303 copies.
The Look website launch is IPC's latest digital initiative, following last week's relaunch of NME's mobile website with a range of services - less than a year after the orginal launch.
