The 'Love the Summer Vibes' campaign builds on and doubles the spend of last year's 'Last of the Summer Vibes' campaign, which featured IPC as a partner.
IPC has created a , mobile site and app, which will go live tomorrow (4 May).
The site will carry content focused on summer activities, updated daily by IPC's Marie Claire, In Style, Look and Now titles, which will carry advertorials created by Ford's creative agency Ogilvy in their print editions.
Global Radio will promote a 'Fiesta Fridays' giveaway on its national network 95-106 Capital FM. Each Friday for 11 weeks 5,000 listeners will be able to download an exclusive track by a Capital FM playlist artist from the station website.
'Fiesta Fridays' will also run on the Fiesta website, offering additional prizes such as weekend shopping trips, which the IPC titles will promote through weekly newsletters and SMS alerts.
The website will encourage people to share their own 'moments of supreme cool' via social media tools and also hosts monthly Fiesta branded Spotify playlists.
Mindshare's sister digital and direct agency Wunderman has created an online campaign encouraging consumers to submit their favourite summer tune for inclusion in the Spotify playlist.
Lyn West, advertising and sponsorship manager at Ford, said: "Love the Summer Vibes is an evolution of previous Fiesta communications, which allows Ford to share as well as facilitate the sharing of content."
Activity for the Fiesta will also feature TV spots created by Ogilvy.
