Karen Harris, managing director of Intu Digital, said: "Consumers are always challenging the norm and at Intu we’re focused on creating compelling shopping experiences that not only meet but exceed customer expectations in the centre and online.
"Today’s shoppers are on the lookout for better, more personalised, immersive experiences all delivered seamlessly and at their convenience. At BCSC 2016, alongside our portfolio of 18 shopping centres spread across the UK, we’ll be demonstrating how we meet the wants and needs of our customers and how we continue to help our retailers flourish.
"Innovation is at the heart of how we do this, and the Digital Playground in partnership with Engage Works is a great example of digital innovation in action."
Intu will also be talking to visitors about its big three development projects underway in the UK, at Intu Watford, Intu Broadmarsh and Intu Lakeside.
