Who is the team leader?
Andy, Matt and Chris are the captains of our ship. Like bohemian parents, they tend to let us get on with it,
as long as we are doing it right. However, they don't allow buzzwords, acronyms or abbreviations.
What's in your in-tray?
A Rorschach action figure, a cross-stitch with "whatever" weaved into it, my Digg top 10, a job agreement, a lost Lego footballer, two pairs of sunglasses, CDs and Tipp-Ex. In fact, I need to tidy my desk.
Where do you get your inspiration?
Lego, The Office, Bristol, Scrumpy Jack, Chuck Bass, eBay, linguistics and linguists, snowboarding, climbing, weird trucks, Google, The Toyota Way, puns, rugby, Magic Roll, buying bikes, cheese on toast, lunch one-upmanship, practicality versus impracticality, epic wins, the acronym LOL, Fail and Earth.
Media we can't live without?
Spotify for democratic office playlists, iPhone for keeping our fingers trim, YouTube, Digg and Twitter for helping us do our job and Magic Whiteboard.
Preferred lunching venues?
Our recent relocation has provided us with a bevy of great lunching destinations. Our most visited spot is St Nick's Market in Bristol, due to its sheer choice and the Caribbean curried goat. Our London office likes to hang out at Berwick Street Market for the ultimate bagel and pastel de nata combination.
Most memorable night out?
Our eighth birthday bash in March was the most memorable party of recent times. All our Bristol friends came along and helped us celebrate. We've also enjoyed nights at the NME Awards, the South by Southwest Festival in Texas, Dorset cottage holidays, Indian-themed weddings, bowling competitions, film premieres and cider boat parties.
Are you recruiting?
Yes - we are looking for interns, developers, online PR-ers and an account handler (for our London office). But we are always open to bright, creative, friendly and brilliant people getting in touch.
Advice to graduates?
You may or may not need to wear a suit at your first interview. Be yourself, know your strengths and put yourself out there. Oh, and don't use Comic Sans typeface in your CV.
If we ruled the world...
Wait and see.
