Who is the team leader?
Rahman Mohammed, sales director. Don't let his easy-going charm fool you; he's meticulous, analytical and a hard man to please. He is also a very involved leader who is not afraid to get his hands dirty.

What's in your in-tray?
We're always working on exciting partnerships with top consumer brands. Plus we get first sight of upcoming iVillage features, which can range from interviews with the likes of Paul Potts to summer fashion trends. The odd festival ticket, party invite and latest products sometimes come our way too if we're lucky. In addition, it's home to requests for proposals, insertion orders, cheques, bills and a bag of humbugs.

Where do you get inspiration?

The Apprentice, Daily Mail, Marie Claire, Grazia, The X Factor, The Hills, Glamour, The Sun, The Guardian, The Times, Absolute Radio, Radio 1, Leona Lewis, Madonna, Coleen Rooney - we read, listen to and watch it all. Our audience is mainstream Britain, so it's important we're in tune with what they are talking about and what they consider important to them.

Media we can't live without?

iVillage.co.uk, of course, but we're also big fans of Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, ShopStyle, Britain's Got Talent, The Hills, Grazia, Marie Claire, the BBC, The Guardian, The Times, MSN Messenger and Bing.com.

Preferred lunching venues?

We are completely spoiled for choice as our offices are right between Bloomsbury and Soho. Office favourites include The Ivy House, The Old Crown, El Burrito and Nando's.

Most memorable night out?

The best nights are rarely remembered and those that are should never be repeated, especially in print. One thing we will divulge is that the NBC Universal Christmas parties are always an annual highlight and iVillage has been known to be the last team standing.

Are you recruiting?
While we're not actively recruiting, we're always keeping an eye out for talented people.

Advice to graduates starting out in media?

Leave your ego at the door and be patient. Your time will come. Also, learn to subsist on beer, vodka and five hours' sleep a night.

If we ruled the world...
Topshop would be free for everyone; there would be a daily cocktail hour; we would get chocolate rations and iVillage would be required reading for all women.
