
The Reinventing Engagement ticketed event will take place at a central London location, to be confirmed, is being organised by Peter Giblin. Speakers from the worlds of psychology, design and behavioural science will discuss how companies can create mutually beneficial engagements that underpin sustainable, lasting relationships with customers.
Imagination’s chief technology officer Anton Christodoulou will be joined by a number of industry experts, including Lawrence Bloom of World Economic Forum, UN; Tom Adams, head of global strategy for Futurebrand Worldwide; Nick Jankel, founder of Ripe & Ready; Bindi Karia, vice-president of Silicon Valley Bank; Martin Birac, chief executive, Monolith; and Mark Warrick, founder, Snapdonate.
The above industry experts will look at what moves people through the cycle of desire, fulfilment and eventually habit, and how these insights can benefit any business whose products or services have repeat customer engagement.
Talks include 'The art of self-engagement', 'Quantifying engagement in retail spaces and beyond' and 'Tactile engagement: how low-cost hardware is creating a renaissance of the senses'.
Imagination has revealed that the format of the event will also give delegate the opportunities to put ideas into practice working alongside the speakers.
