
Last night, in a show which saved Katie and Wagner and kicked out Paije Richardson, ‘The X Factor’ had an average audience of 15.15 million viewers between 8pm and 9pm on ITV1 and ITV1 HD, a 50% share of the TV watching audience.
‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’ had an average audience of 10.59 million viewers between 9pm and 10.30pm on ITV1 and ITV1 HD, a 38.6% share of the TV watching audience.
Proving that the BBC can also do reality contests, the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ results show continued its successful run on Sunday with an average audience of 11.07 million on BBC One and BBC One HD, a 39.2% share of the TV watching audience.
The peak audience for the ‘The X Factor’ performance show on Saturday night (20 November) was 14.4 million, a 53% share of TV viewing across ITV1 and ITV1 HD.
The whole show, from 8.00pm to 9.25pm, was watched by an average of 13.21 million viewers, 48.7% of the TV watching audience and 600,000 more than on the equivalent show last year.
‘I'm a Celeb’ attracted a peak audience of 9.9 million. Between 9.25pm and 10.25pm the show had an average audience of 9.17 million, 38% of the TV watching audience.
Over its first six shows of the 2010 series, ‘I'm A Celeb’ has averaged 8.9 million viewers, the show's most successful first week since the third series in 2004.
Saturday’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ had an average audience of 11.35 million between 6.30pm and 19.45pm on BBC One and BBC One HD, a 45.3% share of the TV watching audience.
