Circulation figures for the International Herald Tribune have increased by 3.06% year on year to 241,909 with an increase of 1.7% to 16,454 in the UK and Ireland over the same period.
The IHT has edged ahead of rival The Wall Street journal in terms of business readers in Europe, according to the European Business Readership Survey 2000.
The increase comes after the newspaper agreed a series of partnerships with several top newspaper publishers around the world. The partnerships enable the IHT to be delivered with English language versions of those newspapers in key markets around the world.
