The operation will be based at Sainsbury's depot in Corby. IForce will work closely with the supermarket in developing its plans for the site, which will be operational later this year.
Mike Sturt, logistics director of general merchandise and clothing at Sainsbury's, said: "We are very pleased to appoint iForce to operate our e-fulfilment centre in Corby.
"Their experience in this field will help us in developing an effective and efficient e-fulfilment operation that is fully customer focused."
Mark Hewitt, CEO of iForce said: "This is a very significant contract for iForce and we are delighted to be partners with Sainsbury's and to assist them in the launch of the new non-food offering to their customers.
"Moreover, at a time when the economic environment is so challenging, we are pleased to be able to bring new jobs, both full time and seasonal, to the Corby area over the coming years."
IForce was founded in 1998 and its clients today include John Lewis Direct, House of Fraser, Boots.com, Fortnum & Mason and Waitrose.
