In a change to ID Staffing’s usual audition process, this year more emphasis will be placed on nurturing staff in the experiential sector. The auditions will be targeting university students and people looking for temporary work over the Christmas period.

The auditions are taking place in London on 30 October, Manchester on 6 November and Birmingham on 7 November.

ID Staffing, part of agency ID Experiential, is also introducing its 'Pioneering Demonstrator Programme' as part of its training scheme. Brand ambassadors will be invited to work for global established brands, demonstrating and selling in leading department stores. Staff will also be given the opportunity to develop their key skills via a bespoke reporting and training app.

Gemma Murton, auditions manager, said: "We’ve had an incredibly busy year so far and it doesn’t look as though we will be slowing down anytime soon. We’re looking for some fresh new talent to join our agency books to carry out some of the amazing end-of-year activities we have planned, as well some great new staff to begin 2013 with, too."
