The iD Factor expands with six senior appointments

LONDON - Online market research firm The iD Factor has made six appointments as part of its expansion and move to bigger offices in London.

The company, which works with Hertz, Microsoft, Vodafone and Unilever, has made Chris Binney research executive for the insight and panels department and Paul Ferreira webmaster and graphic designer for marketing and design.

Rudi Bringtown and Francesco Pavoncelli join the sales team as team manager and international business development manager respectively. Andrew Britz becomes data analyst for the operations division, where he will be joined by Ying Chow, quality assurance coordinator.

iD Factor said it had relocated to Holborn in London from Richmond in Surrey as part of its expansion.

Jon Gumbrell, managing director at The iD Factor, said: "This is the right time to expand: we're profitable and the online research industry is booming. Our investment in personnel, building our panels and in an extensive marketing campaign puts us in a great position to capitalise on that boom."

The company was bought by direct marketing firm TheMutual.net for 拢2.86m in January this year.

The iD Factor provides market research and analysis for online fieldwork studies.
