Targeting girls aged eight to 12, the activation will promote the newest offerings from the Nerf Rebelle range.
Children will be guided through five secret missions, designed around a different Nerf ‘blaster’, by a secret agent spy master. Once five missions have been completed, they will be invited to make their mark in the Rebelle Hall of Fame wall with invisible ink, which can only be deciphered with their spy glasses.
Guests to the secret academy experience will take home a coloured wristband to confirm their secret agent status.
The activation, which is free to experience, will go live on 13-17 August at the White Rose shopping centre in Leeds. It will then pop up at the Lakeside shopping centre in Essex on 22-31 August before creating a final team of secret agents at the Arndale Centre in Manchester on 24-27 October.
Patrick Hammond, Hot Pickle’s retail director, said: "We’ve loved working with Hasbro to bring this exciting concept to life and can’t wait to watch children across the UK experience The Secret Agent Academy."
