Hosted by beer sommelier Phil Harding, who has worked in the hospitality industry for 16 years, the event on 21 November is the first of its kind at Honky Tonk Clapham, which opened in September as the second outpost of the mini chain which also has a branch in Chelsea.
The 150-cover venue has a separate restaurant, bar and private dining areas for up to 30, which guests access through a secret wardrobe door, as well as a stage for musicians.
The décor features worn brown leather banquette seating, vintage rock and roll music posters, old Elvis films projected on a large screen and mismatched wooden tables and upholstered chairs.
Other quirky design elements include hand-drawn black and white polka dot wallpaper; a rusty 1950s concertina lift door; exposed filament lightbulbs; and floating balloon-inspired lights.
