This is the first account that Phonetics, formerly the customer and contact centre of Hoseasons Holidays, has won since it was created last month following a management buyout from the holiday company. The company was previously called Hoseasons Marketing Services.
Phonetics will use Honda's database update system alongside a bespoke campaign-driven response handling programme designed by Phonetics specifically for the task.
The Honda appointment strengthens Phonetics' relationship with the motor company, which has been developing for several years with work on the company's power equipment division across lawn and garden, marine, energy and all terrain vehicles.
Phonetics has picked up 11 new accounts over the last year including Readers Digest, Bhs, The Royal British Legion, NSPCC and the GMB.
