Home Office "modern slavery" by Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R

The Home Office is running a TV ad telling people that slavery doesn’t only exist in far-flung countries. Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R created the spot as part of a campaign that includes digital and press executions. The film opens with a slave being beaten and a vulnerable young woman in a squalid brothel. Later shots reveal that the abuse is happening in the UK, and the spot ends with the line: "Slavery is closer than you think." It was written by Psembi Kinstan, art directed by Freddie Wood and directed by Siri Bunford through Knucklehead.
