HobbyCraft in mag roll-out

Craft specialist HobbyCraft has launched a glossy magazine featuring fashion projects, gift ideas and step-by-step guides.

The first issue of the quarterly title went on sale on Monday with a cover price of £1.49. It is being sold in HobbyCraft's 44 retail outlets nationwide, and via its online store.

The publication has been produced by Blue Door Media, a subsidiary of Seven Publishing. The launch issue is being backed by in-store marketing, and a national TV ad campaign. The magazine includes a money-off voucher worth £35.

HobbyCraft has opened three stores this year and plans to open another three before Christmas.
