
Chugh will be responsible for growing the company’s team as it looks to double its number of employees from 25 to 50 over the next six months.
She will oversee the company’s talent acquisition, recruitment strategy and performance management, as well as the development of existing team members. Other responsibilities will include strengthening internal HR and organisational structures.
Chugh has over ten years’ experience in human resource functions including change management, business performance analytics, performance management and talent acquisition.
The new recruit joins from Plan International, where she led the company’s performance management work stream.
Chugh has also worked at HDFC Standard Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Thomas International in India as well as Mahindra Satyam in Singapore.
