There is a coach drop off point directly outside the venue which ensures that transfers between events are smooth and hassle free.
Ranger’s House offers the perfect retreat for smaller groups, accommodating up to 60 guests for lunches and dinner or 100 in a marquee in the walled garden. The garden may also be used for games, receptions, barbecues or picnics.
Ranger’s House was first built around 1700 and later became the official residence of the Ranger of Greenwich. It is now home to the Wernher Collection, an impressive display of silver, jewels, paintings and porcelain purchased by the diamond magnate Sir Julius Wernher. The highlight is the jewel vault which holds more than 100 Renaissance pieces, each exquisitely enamelled and studded with gems and represents one of the finest jewellery collections in Europe. Guided tours of the house and collection can be arranged for those keen to learn more about this magnificent venue.
