The agency says its regional drive was in response to the increasing demand for experiential events outside the capital.
Hel’s Angels previously relied on word of mouth and advertising to recruit new staff. For the first time this year it is actively focusing on the student market in Birmingham and Manchester, with more than 500 registering for an interview in those cities alone. Of that figure, 77 students landed jobs.
The company has also seen a huge growth of projects in Bristol, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Glasgow.
Hel’s Angels founder Helen Hanson said: "It has been great to see the turn out for our regional interview sessions this year. It’s a real sign that there is more activity happening outside of London and we are delighted that the best talent knows about Hel’s Angels and wants to work with us."
