The Hellmann's with Olive Oil Mediterranean Retreat will be hosted in Soho Square next week (15 July). Open from noon until 8pm, the experience promises frazzled workers a space to relax and unwind.
The venue will be themed around a traditional Spanish garden terrace.
The Unilever brand has teamed up with chef José Pizarro to host live recipe demonstrations on the art of the Mediterranean lunch. Additionally, the Hellmann's with Olive Oil Counsel will be on hand throughout the day to offer interactive advice on how people can incorporate the sprit, diet and wellbeing of the southern European region into their daily lives.
Kaper PR is collaborating with Sketch Events to create the retreat.
Salma Darling from The Mindfulness Project will also feature at the event to add to the theme of calm.
Pizarro said: "The Hellmann's Mediterranean Retreat will be a fantastic way to bring to life the Mediterranean spirit and to emphasise to British people how important it is to make time to eat well and relax.
"I'll be recreating the flavours and tastes of Spain on the day, sharing recipes and tips that will hopefully inspire people to enjoy tastier lunchtimes using new Hellmann's with Olive Oil."
