The renowned music promoter will form part of the line-up for the free Confex Knowledge seminar programme, taking place at the NEC from 22-23 September.
Goldsmith is best known for producing events such as Live Aid, as well as various galas for the Prince's Trust.
"We are delighted to have Harvey on board as a keynote speaker," said an Event UK spokesperson. "He is such an instrumental figure in events today that it's a real coup to have him speaking at Event UK as part of our free seminar programme."
Overall, there will be 23 seminars taking place throughout the two-day show, covering topics such as the economy, experiential marketing and the digital age.
