The latest nostalgic Halifax ad is set in the 1984 New York City streets, home to the classic cult film Ghostbusters.

Halifax colleague Greg delivers new contactless Visa debit cards to the Ghostbusters but gets caught in some ghostly happenings. The ad by Adam & Eve/DDB uses original footage from the movie superimposed onto scenes with Greg, which were filmed in a London TV studio. Ghostbusters characters will also star in a national campaign across bank branches, outdoor, radio, press and social media to promote the use of contactless payments.
