Guinness UDV reviews £10m CRM account

LONDON - Guinness UDV is reviewing its £10m relationship marketing account, and has asked its current roster shops WWAV Rapp Collins Scotland, ehsbrann and Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel to pitch alongside other, undisclosed, agencies.

Marketing development manager Hayley Davis said the reviewed roster would be announced in March, as well as an agency for all existing relationship marketing programmes on the brands owned by Guinness UDV in the UK by July.

"This is the first time we have conducted a review of this marketplace, and with new opportunities arising in this field all the time, it's an ideal time to evaluate how we work in this area," she said.

She added that relationship marketing was increasingly important and that investment was growing each year.
