Industry supplier Think Ambient will be recreating and sticking A2 versions of Event magazine's best covers to the venue's walls with its Cling product. It will also be producing an A1 Cling where guests can write birthday messages for Event.
Guests will be given the opportunity to write birthday messages on A5 Clings that will then be stuck around the venue.
The party, which is going to be the first event to be held in the Crypt space in One Mayfair, will feature hospitality from Create, entertainment from Sternberg Clarke and Ideas Box, and production by Event Concept.
The premise behind the party is to celebrate Event's 15th birthday with the people that helped make the brand the leading multi-media platform publication in the sector.
