The channel, which is part owned by BSkyB, will be taken off ITV Digital and BSkyB on January 31, while Telewest and NTL will continue broadcasting it until the end of February.
The news comes just six months after the channel underwent a radical restructuring with the loss of 60 jobs.
However, this time no jobs will be lost through its closure. Granada plans to expand its men's lifestyle channel Granada Men & Motors, and Breeze staff will work on that channel.
The broadcaster is to increase content on Men & Motors by 40%, with an additional four hours added to the schedule. The channel will now begin broadcasting at 5pm instead of 9pm.
The broadcaster also intends to spend more money on original programming.
