The pages, which will first appear in the January 2008 issue, will be placed at the front of the magazine as a stand-alone part of the existing Details section.

In this year’s January to July circulation figures, the magazine recorded an eighth consecutive increase, reaching 127,886 readers.

The section will be edited by Ajesh Patalay, who said to readers could expect “great design, expert advice and tips on how to create particular looks”.

The magazine’s editor, Dylan Jones, said that GQ had become “the first port of call for men with aspiration” and that it made sense to highlight “what’s new, inspiring and interesting in the world of interior design”.
