The brand, which launched last November, recently hired MEC Interaction to handle its media planning and buying, following a competitive pitch led by Nicholas Hall, its head of marketing. Hall has made it a priority to take the brand to a wider audience.
Gocompare.com offers quotations for car, home, bike and van insurance. The site differentiates itself in the competitive price-comparison market by using a ranking system that looks at the level of service provided by different insurers, not just which is the cheapest.
Rival comparison sites include Moneysupermarket.com and Confused.com.
