Rossi and Grieve join the agency from Bartle Bogle Hegarty, where they held equivalent roles.

Figueira moves to glue from its sister Isobar agency Agenciaclick, the largest digital advertising shop in Brazil.

As a result of the appointments, Seb Royce, glue's existing creative director, will take the newly created role of executive creative director.

In addition, two senior creative teams – Adam King and Lewis Raven, and James Leigh and Darren Giles – have been promoted to associate creative directors.

Rossi and Grieve have worked at BBH for 14 years, where they created award-winning campaigns including "billions" for Lynx, "cheerleaders" for Levi's and "heroin baby" for Barnardo's.

Awards won by the pair include one gold, three silver and three bronze Cannes Lions for work including "roboboy" for Persil and "breeze" for Gordon's Gin. They also won a ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 Big award in 2008 for "cheerleaders".

Figueira joined Agenciaclick in 1999 as its creative director. Three years ago, he was promoted to the position of executive creative director of Isobar Latin America.
