The service goes live on Monday September 5 and will initially offer about 300 items from retailers including Miss Selfridge, Chloe, Marc Jacobs and Top Shop.
The publishing company claims that, while other female-orientated websites offer an edited selection of clothes and accessories, Glamour.com's Fashion Finder is the first to "browse the full potential of the high-street at the click of a mouse". Users will be able to search for items by criteria such as look, colour, label and price.
Glamour.com has also formed a partnership with online shopping site Kelkoo, enabling Fashion Finder users to link across to the site.
"Our readers tell us that this is the personal shopping service that they have been waiting for online," Abigail Chisman, editor of Conde Nast On-Line, said.
"The high-street and the internet are awash with fantastic retailers, but they really do need an authoritative brand like Glamour.com to help them navigate towards the best buys. It's exciting to know this is going to work for them, for us and for the labels we feature."
Glamour.com was launched simultaneously with Glamour magazine in March 2001. According to Conde Nast, the site attracts 6m page impressions and 350,000 unique users a month, 63,000 of whom are subscribers.
