Owen Brown will also install its custom designed Panorama window that it used in 2010, providing a temporary structure with a shop front window to display items.
"Last year the impression the visitor had was of a top quality event, by the façade they saw, created by the Panorama windows, which helped us to create 'shop windows' in one of London's most exclusive residential and commercial areas," said BADA Fair show director Gillian Craig.
The BADA Fair achieved a 12% rise in visitors last year, and the event is exclusive to members.
The Duke of York Headquarters is based near the Kings Road in Chelsea.
