Gekko gets behind England

Agency Gekko is running an in-store campaign that offers money back to consumers who purchase a Toshiba Intel Duo Notebook if England win the World Cup.

The Toshiba World Cup 66% campaign offers consumers 66% of the product's value back if the England squad is successful.

The campaign, centred upon in-store branded demonstration areas, will run for six consecutive weekends from 29 April until 8 June at stores nationwide, including PC World, Micro Anvika and John Lewis.

Toshiba head of consumer sales Tony Ellington said: "As official sponsors of the tournament, we want to show our support and give customers the opportunity to get behind the England team. Field marketing support is vital to ensure the promotion is successful."
