The deal is the first major initiative to result from the creation of the GCap Music Forum, made up of the heads of music from every GCap station to create a closer partnership with the record industry.
Tickets to the one-off show can only be won by tuning into a GCap station or entering an online competition.
The gig itself will be broadcast by more than 35 stations within the GCap portfolio including Xfm, Capital Radio, Capital Gold, Planet Rock and local outlets such as Plymouth Sound.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers, whose latest album is the platinum-selling 'Stadium Arcadium', are normally to be found playing stadium-size gigs, so the November 22 date at the Roundhouse in Camden will allow fans to get closer to the band.
Dirk Anthony, programme director at GCap Media, said: "With one phone call record companies can reach a forum where their ideas and artist plans will be heard by a number of different radio station brands with UK-wide reach and this exclusive gig shows that we are working together effectively."
