The digital-only station, which is owned by QSoft Consulting, had an average of 330,400 listeners a week between 11 June and 4 July 2007, according to Ipsos MORI.
The stats also show a 26% year-on-year increase in monthly reach to 530,608, which represents the niche station's best ever figures.
The strongest increase for the station is among 18 to 34-year-olds, and while reach has increased in every daypart, the peak listening time is 7-10pm.
Ipsos MORI found the internet remained the most popular platform for tuning into the station, with a weekly reach of 269,381, but that DAB listeners are increasing.
An increased percentage of listening is now happening at work and in the car, according to the data, in both cases up 6% to 24% and 12% respectively.
The data was collected from the UK registered members of gaydar.co.uk and gaydargirls.com.
