Becky Skuse, from Origin Publishing's Your Hair and Hair Ideas, has been appointed editor and Katherine Raderecht is the group publisher.
HairStyle & Beauty will explain salon techniques in simple terms, conduct in-depth product tests, help readers find to their perfect look and to create salon styles at home.
The 132-page issue will hit the newsstands on September 9 with a cover price of £2.70. It will include a free Hollywood Hair book sponsored by Toni & Guy.
The title was created after research suggested almost 3.5m people in the UK regularly read hair and beauty magazines. It is Future's first venture into the sector.
The company recently acquired Spanish Homes Magazine, which will sit with HairStyle & Beauty in the newly formed Future Entertainment division.
Robert Price, the managing director of Future Publishing, said: "Launching a hair and beauty magazine for women enables Future Publishing to enter yet another new special interest area, one that continues to grow strongly in terms of consumer interest and magazine sales. It fits well with our strategy of expanding into new areas."
