Woburn House
All eight of the rooms within the capital's Woburn House received a £2m makeover at the beginning of the year, and each is now complete with an up-to-date AV system. The building has also enlisted a new catering company, Fare of London, and extended its opening hours.
Woburn House can host up to 500 delegates across its rooms, and options include the 100-person capacity Woburn Foyer as well as the Tavistock Room, which can host up to 120 people. The Mezzanine Room is ideal for smaller conferences, and can cater for up to 30 guests theatre style.

Clayton Hotel Chiswick
The West London hotel has recently updated its events offering as part of a broader £21m refurbishment, offering event organisers the chance to choose from 10 refreshed meeting and function rooms.
These include the Chiswick ballroom, which can host up to 350 guests for a reception, meanwhile Chiswick South can accommodate 200 people. Rooms such as the Arlington Suite and Burlington Suite are ideal for meetings of up to 12 guests, and the Hogarth Suite has a 70-person capacity.

IET London: Savoy Place
Situated on the river Thames, IET London: Savoy Place recently underwent a £30m refurbishment. It offers a range of rooms for hire, which can accommodate between 20 and 330 guests.
Options include the brand new Johnson Roof Terrace, which is suitable for up to 200 people, as well as the 330-person capacity Riverside Room. There is also the Lovelace Room, a space that is equipped to host 80 people.

The Renaissance London Heathrow
The airport hotel’s £20m refurbishment was unveiled last month, and it encompasses the building’s 1,933sqm of dedicated events space.
There are a total of 17 rooms available to hire and a maximum of 16 breakout rooms within the hotel. The largest event space is able to accommodate 450 guests. All event spaces are now complete with high-speed internet access and modern audiovisual facilities. The revamp also includes a new Market Garden restaurant and Bar Eleven - perfect for events that include a key networking element or overnight stay.
