
Sushisamba
Fans of Japanese cuisine can look no further than Sushisamba, which also specialises in dishes that combine elements of Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine.
The all day menu includes snacks such as edamame and green bean tempura with black truffle oil, as well as a series of small plates including a Kuromitso glazed pork belly dish and waygu gyoza. There are also the iconic Samba Rolls, a range of raw ceviche options, nigiri and sashimi, meanwhile the restaurant’s robata grill churns out freshly charcoaled fish and meat dishes.

Yeni Meze Bar
This Edinburgh haunt specialises in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern meze dishes, which guests can select from a pick 'n' mix style menu. Diners are advised to choose three or four dishes, at which point the resident chef will whip them up fresh.
Cold mezze such as hummus, shaksuka and tabouleh, as well as hot mezze including Borek fried filo pastry rolls with a selection of different stuffings, grilled haloumi and falafel, are on offer here. The menu also includes Iskender – a traditional Turkish creation combining pita bread with yoghurt and meat, as well as kebabs and house specialities such as Biber Dolmasi, which comprises oven roast peppers stuffed with cous cous and Mediterranean vegetables.

Tattu
Contemporary Chinese restaurant Tattu serves a range of dim sum and small dishes that are perfect for sharing, as well as larger dishes. Dim sum options include crispy duck rolls, dumplings with fillings such as waygu and scallop, and lobster and prawn toast.
Chilli salt baby squid, chilli crusted tofu and baby back satay ribs can be found under the small plates section, meanwhile larger dishes include char siu pork, beef bulgogi, Chilean sea bass and soy glazed waygu rib-eye.

Bravas
Bravas is modelled on the relaxed, affordable tapas bars of Spain, and as such the Bristol-based venue specialises in simple yet flavoursome Spanish dishes.
The all-day tapas menu offers meat dishes such as wild venison chorizo and marinated lamb shoulder, while fans of seafood can opt for salt grilled wild prawns or a plaice fillet with garlic and chilli oil. There are, of course, patatas bravas here, as well as snacks such as olives and toasted almonds.

Dishoom
Inspired by the Irani cafes of Bombay, Dishoom’s menu comprises shared Indian dishes, some with a western twist. The venues, of which there are four in London, are open for breakfast, and an all day menu begins at 11.30am.
The latter comprises small plates such as samosas, okra fries and chilli cheese toast, as well as grilled items including chicken tikka, masala prawns and mugh malai – a dish featuring marinated chicken thigh meat. There are a range of curries including biryani available, and the black house dhal – a signature dish that is a must try.
