Former Babelgum boss joins RawFlow

Erik Lumer, co-founder and former chief executive of internet TV start-up Babelgum, has been appointed head of RawFlow.

Lumer has taken up the post of chief executive at the streaming technology firm. He will take charge of its forthcoming launch of online TV application Selfcast, which enables people to broadcast live content over the internet.

RawFlow said it was moving from being a technology provider to getting involved in running live events online. Lumer said that there will be further hires to announce shortly.

RawFlow is part-funded by Balderon Capital, the venture capital firm behind eBay.
