Carling will install artificial grass, the latest plasma TV screens, videogames and luxury furniture including custom-made dug-outs and players' tunnel.
For added effect, there's even piped in crowd noise, floodlights for night matches and a hot dog van for the front garden.
To make the prize even more attractive Carling has promised to play the cleaning costs for a year and provide the fans with a plentiful supply of cold beer, as well as giving away VIP hospitality tickets to the final on 26 February.
To be in with a chance of winning, Manchester United and Wigan Athletic fans will be asked to stake their case for giving their place a place in football history at Carling's by describing the best 90 minutes they've ever had.
Richard Smith, Carling Cup sponsorship manager, said: "The Carling Cup is all about bringing proper fans closer to the action and if you can't make it to the final then we'll do our best to bring the game to you in the ultimate front room."
Separately, Carling is giving away its entire Carling Cup final ticket allocation, almost 900 seats, to Manchester United and Wigan fans so genuine fans can watch the game.
