The five-day food and hospitality exhibition is run by Fresh Montgomery, the new name for Fresh RM after it announced a rebrand last week.
Fresh Montgomery group exhibition director Toby Wand said: "In keeping with proud Hotelympia tradition, the stage will remain the hive of activity, debate and entertainment that it has always been, but at a time when the industry is still weathering the economic storm, we also felt it integral to invite the type of guests that could offer real quantifiable advice, help and support to those feeling the pinch."
Hotelympia 2012 will welcome more than 33,000 people and 1000 exhibitors next year.
