Haliwell and Havelaar will be joined by Nis Arend, head of operations at Barclays, and Archie Archer, founder and managing director of Contraband.

They will discuss how businesses can make it easier for women to forge careers right to the top, and will give advice on helping women find their voice in the industry.

The Guide Live is taking place on 6 June at Vue Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush.

The event will also host an interactive workshop on event technology. It will be hosted by tech experts Ken Klayton, director of RefTech, and Tom McInerney, director at Etherlive.

In the coming weeks, we will be asking you to tweet and email us your tech-related problems and questions, and will tailor the session accordingly.

The event will also provide the usual targeted one-to-one meetings for suppliers and venues, and great networking opportunities in Vue Westfield London's unique event space.

Even more speakers and further details on the sessions will be announed shortly.
