When Event learned about the inaugural event industry "Tweetup" - an industry networking event for Twitter users - it became the first media partner to sign up.
Event will now sponsor the networking bash, which will take place at the Sea Life London Aquarium on Tuesday 14 April.
Guests will be able to meet and network with fellow "tweeters" at the remodelled Sea Life London Aquarium near County Hall in London.
The event is being organised by Merlin Events head of marketing Peter Kerwood and industry freelancer Mike Fletcher.
